1. This data is being collected to comply with the rules and regulations for stay at public hotels by the Government of India.
2. For Identity/Address Proof, allowed documents are Aadhar Card, Driver's License, Election ID or Passport/OCI Card issued by Government of India. Passports issued by Foreign Governments are also allowed.
3. The dates of visit, identity proof/address proof/photograph information will be provided to the jurisdictional police station immediately after check-in.
4. Rocky Ridge will not use this information for any profiling or marketing purposes, nor will it share this with any other entity for any purpose. We will use this only to understand your needs better during your stay. This information will be destroyed electronically and physically after 6 months from the date of your visit.
5. If you are a non-Indian citizen (including OCI/PIO card holders), you will be required to fill in a FORM ‘C’ when you arrive at Rocky Ridge, which will be immediately conveyed to the jurisdictional police station, as per rules of FRRO, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

7. Alcohol possession and consumption policy
- a. NO ALCOHOL POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES OR VEHICLES IN PARKING AREAS
- b. We do not serve alcohol or provide corkage services
- c. Guests who appear intoxicated will not be allowed to enter or will be evicted immediately
- d. Police and Forest patrol is active in the area and have the right to enter the premises at their will to investigate disturbances and stock of alcohol with the guests
- e. Anyone found with banned substances, or any other illegal activity will be immediately evicted, and local authorities will be informed
8. Partying and loud music are not allowed, to preserve the ambience.
9. We do not accept credit cards for payments, only UPI-based payments or cash. GST bills will be provided for all payments.
10. All pet owners bringing their pets to the premises shall read the Pet Rules document with terms and conditions (Pet_Rules.pdf, available while filling the check-in form) and accept them before being allowed to check-in.
